Center for Enhanced Oil Recovery Center LLP (CEOR) is an international research institute specializing in the development and implementation of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) methods. In our work, we combine academic knowledge, laboratory research, and practical field experience. Our key technical partners are CTSolutions LLP, Private Institution “Institute of Polymer Materials and Technology” (IPMT) and the Republican Public Association “Veterans of the Oil and Gas Complex”.
Our mission is to help improve oil recovery and energy efficiency for oil and gas companies in Kazakhstan and beyond, contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals through scientific research, field trials, and the implementation of innovative solutions.

Working in consortium with CTSolutions and IPMT, we conduct fundamental and applied research, develop innovative technologies, and implement production projects aimed at enhancing oil recovery. These include polymer flooding and its modifications (SP, ASP, AP, P+gel+PPG, etc.), as well as new chemical and technical solutions designed to improve oil production efficiency.

CEOR actively participates in Kazakhstan’s national innovation ecosystem, including grants and projects supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the CSTI Samgau Foundation. The company also provides consulting, scientific research, and high-tech service solutions in the field of EOR.

Our capabilities cover the full cycle of work aimed at enhancing reservoir oil recovery — from A to Z, including:
